Mike is formerly VP of Strategic Program Management at Cornerstone OnDemand, the leading global provider of enterprise talent management software solutions. He maintains numerous industry certifications, including PMP, PMI-ACP, SPC 6.0, LPM 6.0, and ACE.

Mike’s extensive expertise includes strategic program management, lean-agile systems at scale, Scrum, Kanban, training and organizational change management, agile coaching, PMO leadership, SAFe, lean portfolio management, OKRs, cultural transformation, and executive advisory.

Mike likes to think of his work as equal parts coach and consultant. And while many agile consultants focus on implementing pre-defined processes, Mike prefers to come with an open mind. His first step is always to work with his clients to define the problem to be solved, and only after that, to devise a solution. This flexibility is made possible by Mike’s deep understanding of agile principles and practices across a variety of disciplines and his ability to conceive of multiple solutions to a problem. This gives his clients flexibility to tailor solutions to their needs, always with a focus on best practices, and always with a focus on pragmatic solutions that work.

Mike has worked with a wide range of organizations and organizational problems, has an innate sense of what works and what doesn’t work, and is able to quickly define the problem and chart a course for improvement.
